We use all compostable cups, pints, , etc. made from sugarcane, and spoons made from potato starch. We use recycled napkins, bags, paper towels, and actively recycle daily. We offer metal spoons for tasting and recommed ice cream in a handmade organic cone for the most eco-friendly consumption! Even all of our cleaning supplies are environmentally friendly, and we use energy efficient lighting and equipment. At TOIC we go out of our way to reduce our carbon footprint. In fact this is what motivated Tara's to move to the Bay Area.
